Standard Return Policy

At PacknMailPlano any item purchased must be received new and unopened within 30 days of delivered date to get a full refund. The Buyer must return the purchased items its original box as shipped. Purchased item must be received in our warehouse within 45 days of purchased date. Note that we inspect all returned items and refund partially when used and opened items are returned. If Item returned is as a result of PacknMailPlano error or item is defective, we will refund full cost including shipping charges.

If a Buyer requests a return after 30 days, we may issue a partial refund depending on the elapse time and the merchandise condition.

If a buyer returns an item that was opened or shows any signs of wears and tears, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, a reduced refund will be issued for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 45 days.

Buyer can expect their refund within four weeks from the date a buyer returns package. In most cases buyer will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipment (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns warehouse (up to 5 business days), and processing from buyer bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless buyer selected to return for in-store credit. Once buyer return is processed we will send buyer an email with buyer refund details.

Returns Due to Our Error or Defective Products

Buyer must return purchased defective item, items damage at the time of receipt and any incorrect item received without penalty. Buyer shipping cost will be waived.

Once PacknMailPlano receives return item, we immediately inspect it and provide a replacement or issue buyer a refund or credit. If item purchase is not defective, shipping charges will apply and a partial refund will be issued.

Return Policies on Products


You can only return a computer and electronic items and get a full refund if item is unopened and in its original box and in an excellent condition. We shall issue a partial refund if the item is open, used or return late. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless it is a PacknMailPlano error.

When returning an oversize package such as a large screen TV’s etc. Read PacknMailPlano oversizes return policy section…Buyer must inspect their Item at the time of delivery and contact customer service. If found damaged. We will replace item. Please Note that most television carries a one year manufacturer policy. Contact our customer service of assistance.


We only issue refund if is PaknMailPlano error on all Mattresses.

Jewelry, Watches and Accessories

All jewelry and watches can be returned within 30 days return policy. We can only accept these items when new, unworn and have not been altered in anyway. We perform thorough inspection of all watched and jewelry items before issuing any refund.

If a Buyer item is damaged during shipping or you suspect item has been altered. Please call customer service immediately. Do not destroy the box or packaging. The carrier will inspect the package for damages.

Shoes Returns

We accept returns for Shoes buys. Shoe Item must be returned within 30 days return policy. We issue one return label per order regardless one order includes multiple items. Ship all item in one box using one return label provided.

Products do devalue period of time and we can only issue partial refunds for items received over 30 days period.

We do reduce refund based on the condition of the products. If it is our fault we shall issue full refund including shipping charges. Shipping charges will be deducted when item is not Packnmailplano fault. When we replace an item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days. Otherwise, we will charge Customer full price for the replacement item.
